Dr. S. Surendranath Reddy is the Executive Chairman of our Company. He holds a bachelors degree in medicine from Shri Venkatesvara University and a provisional degree of Doctor of Medicine in Radiology from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad. He has over 19 years of experience with our Company. He is a life member of the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association. He has also received an award from Abbott for leadership in in-vitro diagnostics and an award for the “Healthcare Entrepreneur of the year” in 2019 from Six Sigma Star Healthcare, New Delhi.

S Geeta Reddy is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. She holds a bachelors degree in law from Osmania University. She is enrolled as an Advocate with the Andhra Pradesh High Court in 1986. She is on the board of directors of various companies such as, Sura Agritech Private Limited, Iffco Kisan SEZ Limited, Namrata Diagnostic Centre Private Limited, Vijaya Hospitals Private Limited and Doctors lab Medical Services Private Limited.

Ms. Suprita Reddy is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. She has been associated with the Company since 2003. Since then, she has been heading the overall strategy, clinical excellence, operations, and expansion of the company in its home markets and beyond. With return metrics and best in class profitability, Ms. Reddy has been driving its growth giving the centre the lead in the market.
She is known for her entrepreneurial skills and conscientiousness. She took a keen interest in the business at a very early age. After studying commerce from Osmania University, she was able to use her skills to help the company grow. Because of her, in less than 2 decades, the company was able to earn revenue of over INR 4500 million from INR 70 million. Her business acumen and deep understanding of the business has helped the company remain competitive and offer the latest technology in diagnostics at an affordable price.
She also believes in helping the needy and spares adequate time in her busy schedule for the welfare of the society. Her contributions towards education and healthcare in rural area are remarkable.

Sunil Chandra Kondapally is the Executive Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation. He holds a bachelors degree in science in electrical engineering from Florida State University.He has over 17 years of experience in the field of pharmaceutical industry. He founded a pharmaceutical services company Trikona Pharmaceuticals Private Limited in 2016 and QPS Bioserve India Private Limited in 2004 and, which focuses on the development of innovative pharmachemical products. He has worked in operations, quality accreditation, finance, marketing and network expansion departments of our Company since its incorporation.

Dr. D Nageshwar Reddy is the Non-Executive Director - Independent Director of our Company. He holds a degree from University of Madras in general medicine and a D.M in gastroenterology from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. He is currently the Chairman of Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad. He received Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan Awards from Government of India.

Shekhar Prasad Singh is the Non-Executive Director – Independent Director of our Company. He is a retired IAS officer of 1983 batch. Previously, he acted as Chief Secretary to Government of Telangana.

Satyanarayana Murthy Chavali is an Non-Executive– Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelors degree in technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and a post graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He previously worked as a chief executive officer of Aurigene Discovery Technologies Limited and has previously worked at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited.

Dr. Manjula Anagani is the Non-Executive – Independent Director of our Company. She holds a degree in M.D Obstetrics and Gynaecology from NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh. She is currently working as a Clinical Doctor and HOD, Women and Child centre at CARE Super Speciality Hospital – Banjara Hills & Hi-tech City – Hyderabad. She has received the fourth highest honour for a civilian in India, the distinguished ‘Padma Shri’.

Dr Krishna Mohan Pottala is a senior Radiologist and Director of Radiology at Vijaya.
He has been associated with our company since January 2008. He completed his MBBS from Kakatiya Medical College Warangal & MD Radiology from Osmania Medical College.
He also received certification of Diplomate of the National Board from the National Board of examinations, New Delhi.
Dr Pottala is a member of National Academy of Medical Sciences and holds European Diploma in Radiology from European Board of Radiology.
He also completed a research Fellowship at Emory university, Atlanta. Dr Pottala is a member and diplomate of Indian college of Radiology, member of European society of Radiology and Indian academy of Cardiac imaging.
Dr Pottala has previously worked at Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences and Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad. He has multiple publications in various journals and is a speaker at multiple state and national conferences. He has over 21 years of experience in Radiology. Dr Pottala has also mentored and guided junior radiologist throughout his career.
Dr Pottala is presently serving as General Secretary of Indian Radiological Imaging Associations Telangana State Chapter and is a member of preventive Radiology Committee of IRIA.
Dr Pottala has extensive experience in the field of Radiology with special interest in MSK Radiology and Neuroradiology and Coronary CT angiography. He is highly skilled in this areas and is able to provide accurate and timely diagnosis to his patients.
His dedications to his work and his patients had made him a highly respected and valued member of the radiology community.

Dr Anuj Jain is a senior consultant and Director of Nuclear Medicine at Vijaya.
He has been associated with our Company since February 2010. He holds an M.B.B.S from University of Rajasthan and a diploma in radiation medicine from University of Delhi. He has more than 15 years of clinical experience. He is also a life member of the Society of Nuclear Medicine of India and a fellow of Asian Nuclear Medicine Board.

Sivaramaraju Vegesna has been with Vijaya for ~6 years, currently holding the position of Vice President – Operations. In his capacity, he oversees strategic and operational management of key departments such as Logistics, HR, Branding and Digital Marketing, Branch Operations, Call Centre and Home Collection. With over 10 years of diverse experience across Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Banking, Siva possesses deep expertise in Operational Strategy, Corporate Finance, M&A, and Investor Relations.
Earlier in his professional career, Siva worked with organisations such as HDFC Bank, KIMS Hospitals and NSL Sugars, each very successful and noteworthy in their respective sector of business operations. He has worked alongside the top management and has significantly contributed to operational optimization, strategic business planning and organisational level decision-making in his previous assignments. Siva is also a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).

Hansraj Singh Rajput is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, A Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from NALSAR University. He has an experience of over 9 years in the areas of Corporate & allied law Compliances, having expertise in SEBI Compliances, CSR, Investor Relations, IEPF & FEMA Compliances.
He has handled numerous lucrative assignments such as Private Equity Funding, Qualified Institutional Placement, Preferential issues, Strategic Investments, Corporate Actions for ESOS, Right Issues, Debt Listing and Due Diligence for various projects viz., Strategic Alliances, Corporate Fund Raising, Investment opportunities.
His last assignment was with Zen Technologies Limited (A leader in Defence Simulation, Training, and Drone solutions) as the Company Secretary, Chief Investor Relations, & Compliance Officer and Corporate Legal Head. He also worked previously with Gati Limited, a pioneer in Express Distribution and Supply Chain Solutions, as the Group Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Dr.Ramesh Kinha is the Group Director for Laboratory Services at Vijaya. He brings over 20 years of experience having worked across reputed organisations such as Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited, SRL Limited, Metropolis Healthcare Limited and Medall Healthcare Private Limited. He has completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Nagpur and Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Pathology from KEM Hospital and Seth G.S. Medical College, Mumbai.

Vishal Gurram oversees the Business & Operational Strategy function at Vijaya. He comes with over 12 years of experience spanning across Analytics, Strategy, IT and Sales & Operations. He has previously worked with Quadrangle (‘Naukri’), Nightingales Home Health and Medplus Health Services Limited. Some of his significant contributions include driving top line, boosting profitability, bringing operational efficiencies through various strategic initiatives. Vishal holds a B. Tech in Computer Science from NIT Warangal and an MBA from IIM Lucknow

Dhiren Gala oversees the Investor Relations Management & Corporate Development function at Vijaya and is also part of the Strategy function. He brings over 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, and has previously worked with organisations such as Investec Capital Services (India) Private Limited and Axis Capital Limited. Dhiren is a Chartered Accountant and is an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research

Praveen Velmury oversees the function of Sales & Marketing function at Vijaya. He comes with an experience of over 30 years across various industries such as Retail, Telecom and FMCG having worked extensively in AP and Telangana markets. He was previously associated with Havells India Limited, where he played a key role in the expansion of distribution network and development of innovative marketing and revenue strategies. His initiatives included in-shop branding and influencer partnerships to improve product visibility and strengthen market penetration in regional territories. He has also worked with Vodafone Idea Limited and Nestle India Limited in the past.

Dr. Neelamani Murthy is the Chief of Laboratory at Vijaya. She has over 40 years of experience having worked across reputed organisations like Oncquest Labs Limited (Dabur Pharma Limited), Dharmshila Cancer Hospital & Research Centre Limited and Vimta Labs limited. She has been with Vijaya for over 10 years playing pivotal role in setting up NABL accredited laboratories in tier 2 and 3 locations across AP and Telangana. She is also an integral member of the NABL Advisory Committee of India.
